About Lume Light Wellness —
Red Light Therapy
in St. George, Utah

We didn't start this business because we saw a market opportunity. We started it because someone we love was in pain — and we needed a better answer.

How It Started

When our daughter started dealing with serious back and spine pain, we went looking for answers. The options we found were either too invasive, too expensive, or just didn't work. We knew there had to be something better — something natural that actually helped the body heal.

That search led us to red light therapy. Not the gimmicky handheld devices or the trendy spa add-ons — but clinical-grade, full-body photobiomodulation backed by real research. We saw what it could do, and we knew other people in our community needed access to it too.

So we opened Lume Light Wellness in St. George, Utah — not as a franchise, not as a side hustle, but as a place where people could come and actually feel better. No pressure, no gimmicks, no guilt.

Why We Do It Differently

We got tired of the wellness industry making things harder than they need to be. On one side, you have invasive procedures with long recovery times and big price tags. On the other, you have gimmicky products that promise the world and deliver nothing.

We wanted to build something in between — a place where real science meets real care. Where the technology is world-class (the Dahlia bed is the most advanced red light therapy bed available), but the experience feels personal and human.

For our weight loss and fat loss programs, we combine red light therapy with personalized nutrition support and coaching — because we've learned that the best results come from a complete system, not a single treatment. We help people improve their quality of life, build confidence, and feel better in their daily lives.

What We Stand For

Our Values

People First

Every decision starts with what's best for the person on the bed — not the bottom line.

Science-Backed

We only offer therapies supported by peer-reviewed research. No trends, no fads.

No Pressure

We'll give you a plan and let you decide. No hard sells, no guilt trips, no 'limited time' tricks.

Real Results

We measure outcomes, not just visits. If something isn't working, we'll tell you.

Part of the St. George Community

We're not a franchise. We're your neighbors. We live here, we hike here, we raise our families here. When you walk through our door, you're not a number — you're part of the Lume Light family.

We believe that when one person feels better, the whole community benefits. That's why we're committed to making red light therapy accessible, affordable, and genuinely helpful for everyone in southern Utah — from weekend warriors recovering from a hike to retirees managing chronic pain to busy parents who just want to feel like themselves again.

"I was a fan of red light therapy before going to Lume Light Wellness. I met with Liza, who is very personable and easy to interact with. She listened to my concerns and we agreed on a plan that fits me and my goals. The red light bed is in a room that allows privacy. I lost a couple inches after one session. I am currently using red light therapy for fat loss but getting the benefits for circulation and inflammation. I recommend this, five stars plus!"

"Lume Light Wellness is clean and professional. I noticed a difference in my skin even after the first session. I love that they understand the body and the importance of movement using the vibration plate after the light session. This really helps the body detox after the light session. Thanks Lume Light Wellness!"
